Dr. Charles Owusu-Ofori - Finance Director

Dr. Charles Owusu-Ofori is a seasoned finance executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in financial management, taxation, and audit across multiple sectors including telecommunications, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, mining, and construction.

He has served as a financial management consultant to the World Bank and has overseen projects funded by the African Development Bank, demonstrating strong expertise in managing complex financial environments and large-scale development initiatives.

Dr. Owusu-Ofori has also contributed significantly to professional and institutional governance, serving on several boards and audit committees of state agencies. He is a member of the

Technical and Research Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), where he contributes to advancing professional standards within the accounting discipline.

He holds a PhD in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, as well as a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana.
