Enoch Adjei – Sales Manager

Enoch Adjei is a communications and student recruitment professional with extensive experience in higher education admissions, strategic communication, and Pan-African enrolment development. As Sales Manager at Rosebank International University College (RIUC), he leads student recruitment initiatives and market engagement strategies that support the institution’s growth in Ghana and across West Africa.

Before joining RIUC, Enoch served as Senior Administrator and Head of Graduate Admissions at Wisconsin International University College, where he managed postgraduate recruitment and

admissions in more than 15 African countries. His work significantly expanded the university’s regional student footprint through targeted outreach and strong cross-cultural engagement.

Earlier in his career, he worked in strategic communications as an Account Manager at Lyme Haus, where he supported high-impact campaigns for global organisations including the International Labour Organisation (ILO), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Mastercard Foundation, and MEST Africa.

Enoch holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a Master of Arts in Public Relations with Marketing. He is passionate about connecting students with transformative educational opportunities and strengthening RIUC’s visibility across Africa.
