Mrs. Gertrude Mettle Nunoo is a seasoned hospitality professional and consultant with more than 35 years of experience in catering management, hospitality operations, and institutional food service.

Her career spans leadership roles in large-scale catering operations, event management, and industrial kitchen supervision. She possesses extensive culinary expertise across Ghanaian, Nigerian, Continental, and Chinese cuisines, and has managed catering services for major events and institutions.

Mrs. Nunoo is also highly experienced in operational management, including budgeting, procurement, inventory control, quality assurance, and food safety compliance. Her expertise has

made her a trusted consultant for organizations seeking to strengthen restaurant operations and hospitality service standards.

She has worked closely with Empretec Ghana Limited, where she has supported restaurants and hospitality businesses in restructuring their operations and improving service delivery.
