Prof. Linda Meyer - President

Prof. Linda Meyer is a distinguished higher education leader and C-suite executive known for driving institutional transformation, governance excellence, and sustainable growth across both the public and private sectors.

She currently serves as Managing Director for a portfolio of institutions within the ADvTECH Group, including IIE Rosebank College, the Waterfall School of Business, and Capsicum Culinary Studio. Across these institutions, Prof. Meyer has built a reputation for shaping high-performing academic environments that combine rigorous scholarship with strong industry relevance.

Her career spans senior leadership roles in government, academia, and industry. She has served as Chief Operating Officer, Dean and Academic Executive, Head of Justice College, Chief Director of Corporate Services, and Commissioner at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA). In addition to executive leadership, Prof. Meyer brings extensive governance expertise through her service on ICT, Audit, and Risk Committees, helping institutions maintain strong oversight and long-term strategic sustainability.

A lifelong scholar, Prof. Meyer holds two doctoral degrees – a PhD and a Doctor of Business Administration – alongside an MBA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from the United Kingdom. Her academic foundation is complemented by undergraduate degrees in law and business administration, as well as multiple professional qualifications in labour relations, human resource management, and occupational education and training.
