First Degree Holders

• A minimum Second-Class Lower Division in a relevant business-related field such as Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Accounting, etc.
• A Third-Class degree with at least three years of work experience may be considered after an admission interview.

Professional Qualification Holders

• Recognised qualifications (e.g., CIM, ICSA, CIHRM) plus two years of relevant work experience.
• Admission interview required.

International Applicants

• A recognised first-degree equivalent to Ghanaian standards, confirmed by GTEC.
• Proof of English proficiency is required.

• Submission of a detailed CV, two referee reports, and a personal motivation statement.
